Update with graphical options and gameplay features

In this update now each screen space effect can be enabled individually with 3 tiers to choose from
A new option to disable baked dynamic global illumination in case you have problems when they switch due to low CPU power
Now the enemies can hurt you since there's now HP but don't worry you wont be killed (yet)
You can pick loot bags to heal to full HP but soon you should be able to pick from a selection of items
You can test the damage with the red box and the HP on the bottom right should change, both highlighted on green
And some bug fixes
In the next updates I would like to focus on more gameplay features like killing enemies in the short term, buffs, debuffs, etc. I'll keep adding more options so you can strip more graphic features and increase the range of devices this can be played on, if you have suggestion about what graphical features would help don't hesitate on telling me
