I made this prototype to receive feedback, I would appreciate if you help me exploring and reporting bugs you might find, performance reports and other feedback.

Hold CTRL to jump higher. All the other controls should be the common controls for movement (W, A, S, D) and (Space) for jump.

You spawn in front of a dungeon where as soon as you enter you will generate one randomly, the final room is lit in green for now and once you enter you will be teleported outside and you can generate a new one. Currently working on making the dungeon to keep generating "floors" indefinitely, however its unlikely that this will be the default.

Image of how the configured exit should look.

You can avoid leaving by avoiding the trigger in the borders of the room.

In the current configuration it should generate a random amount of rooms with a max of 1800, each can spawn monsters.

Plans after this are working on variations ie. : different natural caves (ice, lava, rock, moss, crystals), changes as you progress deeper in the dungeon, since there is only one type of room you can notice that it's repetitive so they will be also generated from a set of rules depending on the type of the dungeon.

Monsters are for prototyping only so they are unlikely to make it to the final version, however a equivalent of the monsters are very likely to be included since they are planned to be fantasy creatures.

Currently there are some rooms where a bug spawns more monsters than the limit but I would like you to use this for now to tell me how is your performance is affected so feel free to comment if the game crashed or just slowed down.

You don't need to enable more graphical options they're here in case you want some extra features and your hardware is capable of doing so.

Graphic options are currently limited on how you can enable them ie.: Screen Space effects activate all at once (Screen Space Reflections, Ambient Occlusion, Global Illumination, and Shadows).

You can control the time of the day from the menu (ESC) and they will be applied as soon as you leave the menu but if you exit reaching the end of the generated dungeon you will need to go to the entrance to make it work again.

If your hardware doesn't support the DLSS option then it will fallback to TAA but the slider on top (sharpness) should still work. AMD upscaler FSR will also be supported in a next update.

UI is not ready yet so I'm sorry if it looks ugly but I would like to prioritize the mechanics before and fixing bugs.

Likewise, I'm still working on game models so you will run into some placeholders.

There is a Fullscreen toggle but doesn't work, I'll short it as soon as I can but for now if you want you can press WIN + ENTER to go fullscreen, the render resolution will still be the one selected.

There's a FPS counter enabled by default, it would be of great help if you comment you specs in the comments so I have a idea how it works on different hardware (CPU model, GPU). Currently this should be limited by the CPU, I keep working on optimizations so even lower specs can run this without problems so if you had problems please leave a comment to make me aware.

Even if you already commented I would appreciate if you do it again in a next update. Follow for notices about incoming updates.

Currently I don't have other pages where you can follow me so while I will in the future you can get your news from here only.

Feel free to ask me things in the comments. Suggestions and feature request are fine too.

Donations are greatly appreciated so I can keep working on this and release soon.
